The latest issue of the magazine Weekly Shonen Jump reveló que no publicó un nuevo capítulo del manga Haikyu!!, debido a que el autor tuvo una “enfermedad repentina”. El manga regresará en el número 12 de la revista el 17 de febrero.
Haikyu!! is a manga series written and illustrated by Haruichi Furudate. It is serialized in the magazine.Weekly Shōnen Jumpby the Shūeisha publishing house since February 20, 2012 and is currently still being published. The manga initially began as a one-shot published in the weekly magazine.Jump NEXT!, also part of Shueisha.
Synopsis of Haikyu!!
The story begins when Shōyō Hinata, still an elementary school student, watches a volleyball match on television, in which a player whom he refers to as the 'Little Giant' played. Since then, he intends to become someone like the 'Little Giant' because both are short in stature, and he begins to take a liking to this sport. Shōyō manages to start his own volleyball club at his school, but it turns out that he is the only member. Despite this problem, they don't give up and train as they can on their own. Finally, get five more members to join the club, with whom he participates in his first tournament.
However, they are defeated by the championship's favorite team, the same team Tobio Kageyama belongs to, a skilled young man nicknamed 'The King of the Court'. Since then, a strong rivalry has arisen between Shōyo and Tobio. Therefore, Shōyō continues training with the aim of joining the Karasuno Institute volleyball club, in which the 'Little Giant' once studied. However, upon graduating and entering Karasuno High School, to his great surprise and irritation, he finds that one of the other applicants to the first-year volleyball club is the same Tobio Kageyama.
